How will our videos be delivered?
Via an online gallery, you will receive a direct link to your own special gallery with all your videos hosted on. This makes it simple to share with all your friends and family.
Do you charge for travel time?
For weddings within one hour of Bradford there is no travel charge, weddings outside of this are charges at the cost of petrol and no more.
Long distance weddings will require accommodation the night prior to ensure we are there on time for the day. For this we would find a cheap hotel nearby and charge at cost for this.
Can we meet before we book?
Of course, ideally we suggest a Zoom call first and if you like the sound of things we can meet again closer to your wedding day.
How long do I have to wait for my videos?
We aim to deliver all your wedding videos within 8 weeks.
Do I need to feed you?
A hot meal is appreciated but not expected.
Just let us know so we can ensure to bring something with us.
What are your payment terms?
£150 deposit secures the date, 6 weeks prior to the wedding the full balance.
Realistically we are fully flexible and if you wished to pay some of the balance each month we are happy for you to do this and we will update you with invoice receipts as payments are made.
Do you visit the venue before hand?
If we have not visited your venue prior we will try and visit it before hand if it’s local, however we often find that by arriving earlier on the day works equally well.
Visiting in advance is not a true reflection of your day given the conditions may change inclusive of the weather and the venue set up. We have found an earlier arrival on the day is more than sufficient.

We offer a no pressure suggestion of a chat/zoom call, this allows you to get to know us a little more and ask any questions you may have.
We understand that choosing a videographer is a big decision and we will not pressure you into making any decisions. We are happy to hold your date for a week so you are able to make your decision between yourselves in your own time.
If you wish to move forward with your booking simply send us a message to confirm you would like to go ahead and include your email address. We will then get back to you with a booking contract, wedding questionnaire and details of where to pay your deposit of £150.00 to secure the date.
